Payment Terms
ZEROAQUA accepts payment via stripe, paypal bitcoin and bank transfer. Payment can be made in USD, JPY, EUR, AUD, SGD, THB or any other currencies that payment gateway accepts.
Shipping Policy
ZEROAQUA offers fully managed shipping, organize internal shipping from Thailand to address you specified in shipping address. ZEROAQUA will share information with transhipper for shipping betta fish overseas. We are not responsible for any problem during the import process. However, if for any unknown reason the item get lost in transit ZEROAQUA will provide full refund stated in refund policy.
Depends on country, international shipping can take up to 30 days from to get shipped from Thaialnd. You can cancel your purchase anytime before ZEROAQUA has shipped the items. However, once the item is send you are not eligible for cancelation.
Refund policy
100% D.O.A guarantee offers complete refund on fee for betta fish you have purchased on this website. You must take a photo BEFORE opening the bag and photo must be showing condition of the betta fish. Refund request must be made within 24 hours after you received the purchase. Fees incurred other than betta fish (ex, shipping, custom duty fee ) is not subject for refund regardless of betta fish condition on arrival. Fees incurred to transfer refund is payable by you. Refund will be processed by not capturing the payment from payment gateway, paypal transfer, bitcoin or bank transfer.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall ZEROAQUA, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. ZEROAQUA, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
